Women have an extremely important role in terms of social and economical development. However, many of them are not able to achieve their potential.


Empowered women help their families and society because they earn a better income, promote the education of their children and have better knowledge of basic health care.


So, it is extremely important to promote gender equality and empower women.

PROMOTE GENDER EQUALITY AND EMPOWER WOMEN

  1. Bullet Two thirds of the anafalbet population are women.

  2. Bullet 80% of the children that don’t go to school live in Subsaharian Africa and Asian Sub continent.

  3. Bullet There are 94 girls for every 100 boys attending school.

  1. Bullet Laws against feminine discrimination have to be implemented.


  1. Bullet Inform women of their rights.


  1. Bullet More investments have to be made in maternal health.


  1. Bullet Non Governmental Organizations have to intervene more.
